Q. How do I know if you can help me?
A. Our debt settlement experts can tell you how much you can expect to save, how much we can immediately reduce your payments, and how quickly American No Debt, LLC can get you out of debt. To get started, call 1-877-Debt-411. There is no obligation, and the consultation is free, so call us today!

Q. How does the program work?
A. After your free phone consultation we will send you an Enrollment Package. Once we receive your enrollment package, we work with you to determine a payment schedule with start to accumulate funds for debt settlement. When there are sufficient funds available, American No Debt reaches a reduced settlement amount with each creditor. Our Debt Negotiators have years of experience in settling debts and drastically reducing the amount our clients need to pay to eliminate their debt. Our successful negotiation strategy is part of the reason we are able to get you out of debt in 12 to 36 months.

Q. What does the program cost?
A. All fees are included in your monthly payment. Our typical client gets out of debt in as little as 12 to 36 months and saves between 40% to 60 % of their total debt. We do not charge any “hidden” fees.

Q. Can you help with all of my debts?

A. American No Debt, LLC works with all your unsecured debt together. Since creditors can access your financial information through the credit bureaus, it is necessary to work on all unsecured debt together. If only certain creditors are being paid, then it will be difficult to reach satisfactory settlements with the creditors that you include in our program. Unfortunately, American No Debt is not able to help with secured loans such as mortgages, car loans or government-sponsored student loans. If you have IRS and tax debts, American No Debt is not able to negotiate, but can offer assistance. Call 1-877-Debt-411.

Q. What happens at my free consultation?

A. At your appointment with an American No Debt professional, we will review your unique situation and discuss different debt resolution strategies. A payment plan will be outlined that will settle your debts within 36 months or less.

Q. How long will it take to settle my debts?
A. Results do vary slightly depending on your present financial situation. On average, clients at American No Debt are debt free within 12 to 36 months. However, if your budget is extremely limited, it may take longer. Every situation is different. Call American No Debt today (1-877-Debt-411) to have a confidential debt settlement consultation.

Q. How will debt settlement affect my credit?
A. Your credit rating is determined primarily by two factors: your payment history and the amount of debt you have. The amount of debt you have is often called your "Debt-To-Income Ratio". The American No Debt Settlement Program almost always dramatically increases your credit score. Initially, any debt management program may affect your credit rating. However, as you pay off your debts and obtain zero balances, your debt-to-income ratio is lowered and your credit rating rises.

Q. Can I get legal advice too?
A. American No Debt is not a law firm and we encourage you to speak with an attorney for legal, tax and investment advice.

Q. Why shouldn't I go to a credit counseling service or just declare bankruptcy?
A. Most credit card counselors receive payment from credit card agencies for assistance in helping the credit cards reclaim as much of your money as you can pay. American No Debt, LLC works to reduce your debt and receives no compensation or payment in any form from credit card companies. In other words, unlike most credit card counselors, we work for you – not the credit card companies.

Q. Why should I choose American No Debt?

A. At American No Debt, our knowledgeable professionals have years of dealing with creditors and handling peoples' financial problems with care and compassion. We regularly save our clients thousands of dollars and years of repayment. Typically debt settlements with your creditors will be accomplished within 36 months or less, with a lower monthly payment than with any other debt resolution process. With the reduction in overall debt, settlement negotiation is now becoming the only viable solution for many Americans to rid themselves of burdensome, unsecured debt. Getting you out of debt is our job—keeping you out of debt is our mission.

Q. What is the difference between unsecured and secured debt?

A. Unsecured debt is any loan you obtained without giving the creditor property or tangible assets should you not be able to pay. Unsecured debts are usually credit cards, medical bills and personal bills. Secured debt is debt for which the creditor has collateral in the form of security, such as your home or car. If you fail to make timely, monthly payments, the creditor is entitled to possession of your property and sell it. Even once the property is sold, you still may be liable for any remaining deficient balance after the sale of the property. When dealing with secured debt, it is in your best interest to seek legal advice.

Q. Are your services guaranteed?
A. Yes! If we are unable to settle an account, the funds will be refunded back to you. Remember, you must have available funds to settle an account to qualify for the guarantee.

Q. Will American no debt keep my information confidential?
A. Yes. American No Debt maintains a high standard of client confidentiality and our councilors are bound by rules of professional conduct. We only disclose information to authorized persons. All information is considered highly confidential and personal.

Q. If I miss a payment will I be dropped from the program?

A. Changes from your Debt Settlement Plan are resolved on a a case-by-case basis. At American No Debt, we will try our best to set another payment date with you to best suit your needs in becoming debt free as soon as possible.
